No light gets “fast” red – there’s a “yellow” before. So you have enough time to slow down. The other seems not to have kept a safety distance.

If it comes to a process, you will get a partial debt due to the emergency braking that would have been avoidable.

Since no traffic light becomes “fast red”, the question and other thought games are unnecessary.

If you drive forward, the traffic light will not turn so fast that you have to make a full brake. The yellow phase is usually quite long. And I mean, it’s longer on roads where a higher speed is allowed. This has not yet happened to me, which has to be braked so much. I think if you’re overly slowing down and it’s not necessary, then you’ll get a co-pity.

Definitely the one who goes in because you are forced to brake

But full braking is usually not necessary to stop.

You should also not drive over red lights so if you notice it very late then you need to make a full brake if it is not going to stop normal before the line because after the line is considered overrun and at the end you still get angry

If you notice it very late, you are not alert enough on the road. This is at least negligent! Usually, the yellow phase so long that you have enough time to stop normally without full braking!
