Amendment to the contract and then changed working hours?
Hello there,
I received a change in contract from my employer because they took away my old job and gave me a job at reception. When I signed the change, he said everything would stay the same (salary, hours, etc.). But now I've received emails saying that he wants me to work weekends too, and that I can no longer come in at 7 like I did 10 years ago, but only at 9, which isn't feasible because I have a mini-job and start at 3 p.m. (which he knows), but I think he's doing it on purpose. Can I still get out of the contract? Can he do it? What can I do now?
The periods stipulated in your employment contract are valid. What he wants is his problem.
he says it’s better for reception, so it makes more sense to come later…
Yeah, that’s right, but then he’ll have to look for something else for you and put someone at the reception to better fit the working hours.
For you, a double salary would be better, but that doesn’t bother him.
What’s that in the office contract? Is there anything about working hours?
What about working hours in the Old Treaty? It’s not that easy that you just have to work on the weekend.
No in the old one I have tampered gliding time 7 and 9:30 you can come in the new one that everything is taken over only that I now work at the reception
and there was also your new times of use. you have read and even signed. you don’t get out you work less and get less reward
No
I need to work more at the reception…
