Amazon Video only has ads on my PC?

Hello,

I have an Amazon Prime Video subscription, so I can watch my series and movies without ads on my phone, iPad, and TV. But on the Windows app, i.e., the PC app, ads pop up all the time.

Of course, I'm logged in with the same account as on all my other devices, but only on my PC do I get ads!

All I can give in terms of information is that when you open the app, a text always appears, which I will add to this post as an image.

I've already done what the text says, logging in again and selecting Germany as my region, but it didn't change anything. The ad is still there, and so is the text.

I would really appreciate some help because then I can relax and watch series in my room on a large monitor.

Maybe someone has/had the same problem and somehow managed to fix it?
