Amazon verweigert Erstattung?
Ich habe bei Amazon ein Ipad bestellt und angekommen ist eine leere Ipad Verpackung. Amazon leitete mich an an Spezialisten weiter und die meinen, dass die Erstattung verweigert wird und die mein Konto einschränken. Unten in der Mail stand noch ich soll bei einem Widerspruch auf die Mail antworten.
Jetzt habe ich denen widersprochen und das mehrmals schon. Problem ist nur dass ich keine Antwort mehr bekomme. Die ignorieren alle meine Mails und das schon seit über 6 Tagen. Kundenservice hilft mir auch nicht weiter, die geben mir immer wieder die selben antworten und meinen man kann die Spezialisten nicht anders erreichen.
Kann mir da einer helfen, was kann man tun um mein Geld da wieder zurückzuholen?

Especially with such an article for such a value, you should not only hope that the dealer does what, but also do something like in this case to report. If Amazon can see that you can actively do what they see it is really gone and not just pretend like some people do.
I would have done it directly not only to tell Amazon, but also to the police.
I did this directly the next day and sent to Amazon, was also checked and accepted by Amazon, but otherwise nix followed more. No more answer
Take a lawyer and claim your right.
I want to do all the time, I’m just afraid there’s no need to get out of there and I’m gonna have to pay the attorney fees. Do you think you’re sure you get right or high probability?
