Amazon Ubisoft product key?
Hey guys, I'm in a really deep shit. My Ubisoft account was stolen, and Ubisoft Support now wants proof that the account really belongs to me, in the form of a product key. That's all well and good, but the game they want the key for was bought by my grandma on Amazon in 2016. I found the order details, but that's not enough for Support; they want the key as proof. But I redeemed the key years ago, deleted the email, and the key is no longer displayed on Amazon. Do you know what I can do? The game is "Driver San Francisco," which is no longer available on Amazon in Germany.

I’m afraid that you just had bad luck.
But if you only have this one game on the account, that should be merciful.
Unfortunately not, the main game is Rainbow Six, which I unfortunately even registered on PC & PS4. These are probably over 300€ on operators who have disappeared. 🫡

You must. In future, you should just keep emails and watch what you click for links and what you download for software.

Then you can only try to contact the Amazon customer service and ask for it.
