I have a Fire TV 4 and am logged in with my Amazon account, but I don't have Prime myself. How can I log in to Prime Video with a different account without changing my account in the settings on my TV.

You can’t do that, you can only log in an account. If you want to see what about another account, you need to unsubscribe and log in to the other account.
