Amazon scam/error? What to do?

Hello, I ordered a GoPro from Amazon a few days ago (around €400), and it was supposed to arrive today. When I finally received and opened the package, there was a cheap garden light set (about the same weight) inside. Is this a scam or a mistake? What should I do now?
