The best thing about the customer service rider, choose the order, click through, and then talk to an employee by phone or chat, explain the situation if there is not one so great value, it will go very quickly. Otherwise, it may be the Amazon to check it internally.

If it is, say about more than 1 week, a solution will last for you. I recommend sending a letter by e-mail, fax or letter with a corresponding deadline.

It doesn’t hurt if you’re just pre-scored by the first contact to send you a summary by email, or you’re taking screenshots from the chat.

It is not your task to ask at the post where the package is, the commercial seller is liable for loss on the shipping route.

Yes the dealer carries the transport risk. Nevertheless, it is noticeable that Amazon asks the customer to contact the transport company in such a case, although this is actually the task of Amazon. Amazon likes to get rid of strenuous or suspected customers by blocking the relevant customer – apparently such a barrier impresses many Amazon customers in a way that they then place a good behavior for Amazon. ECT

Perhaps, but as already mentioned, this is the job of the seller, because I pay for it that it is delivered to me.

If Amazon does not want to return the money, the consumer centre or Talk to the lawyer and book the money back.

Of course, depends on the amount.
