Amazon Prime with advertising?

Hello to Amazon Prime users,

I want to get Amazon Prime again for €8.99 a month.

I recently read that Amazon Prime users with an €8.99 Prime Video subscription always get ads, and you have to pay an additional €2.99 to avoid ads. I've always watched the series available to Amazon Prime users. There's also Freevee on Amazon. Does that mean you have to pay extra for Freevee to avoid ads?

Thanks for your answers.

I didn’t want to know that, but if there’s really now advertising for movies and series with the button “watch with AmazonPrime” there are series that I like to watch on AmazonPrime because there is nowhere else.

All content will be included from February 2024 advertisements, even if you pay 8,99€ to remove the advertisement you need to pay more advertising and that costs 2,99€.

PS: This also extends when you subscribe to channels.

No, you pay once 2.99€ on prime. It does not include advertising in the channels.

Amazon Prime is not worth it. Only things that are not sold by external stores have free shipping and the half of the films you need to buy or borrow.

There are also Freevee on Amazon, then that is what you have to pay for Freevee in addition to not get any advertising?

Freevee is an independent offer on Amazon and has to do with Prime nix:
You can also see ads as an Amazon-Prime customer. But for that, hold (for all) nix.

As long as the advertising does not get overhand – so within the videos – AND no advertising appears on purchased/rented content…
So let’s wait.

There are quite reasons why you should buy BlueRays and Audio CDs – at least at the works that are very popular. 😉
