Hallo, wen ich mein Paket zu einer Abholstation sende Muss ich18 sein, weil bei Amazon steht ich soll meinen ausweis nachweisen.?

Hallo, ich hab etwas über amazon bestellt. Das paket liegt aktuell in Calleberg im paketshop und muss nach südbayern (50km umkreis münchen) wird das paket in der nacht/ morgen früh in das verteilerzentrum nach München gebrach dass es Morgen/übermorgen da ist, oder muss ich mich bis dienstag gedulden?

Hi, Ich habe mir vorgestern etwas bei Amazon bestellt. Es soll angeblich schon angekommen sein, aber es ist nix da, niemand hat etwas empfangen. Mir ist vorhin aufgefallen, dass ich nur meinen Vornamen bei Amazon eingetragen habe und frage mich halt jetzt, wird das Paket nochmal gesendet? Oder erhalte ich das Geld zurück?
