Hi, Ich habe mir vorgestern etwas bei Amazon bestellt. Es soll angeblich schon angekommen sein, aber es ist nix da, niemand hat etwas empfangen.
Mir ist vorhin aufgefallen, dass ich nur meinen Vornamen bei Amazon eingetragen habe und frage mich halt jetzt, wird das Paket nochmal gesendet? Oder erhalte ich das Geld zurück?

Hallo, wenn ich etwas auf Monatsabrechnung bestelle und die Artikel erfolgreich storniere, werden die Artikel nicht aus der Monatsabrechnung entfernt sondern ich muss sie trotzdem bezahlen auch wenn sie als storniert vermerkt sind. Das kann doch nicht sein? Ich hab jetzt die letzten Monate für Artikel gezahlt die ich nicht mal erhalten habe!!
Guten Morgen ich habe meine partybox 300 bei mySWOOP verkauft und einen qr code bekommen den ich an einer packstation oder einer dhl filliale zeigen muss damit es versendet wird. meine frage ist jetzt ob ich dann noch irgendwas bezahlen muss?
