Amazon package delivered to me even though I didn't even receive the OTP?
I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro on December 24, 2023, and delivery was scheduled for today, Tuesday, November 28. I was supposed to receive the one-time password on the day of delivery. I didn't receive one today either. Yesterday, I checked my delivery history and saw that the package was supposedly delivered to me at 12:00 p.m. And I don't even have the password.
My question now is, am I not entitled to an immediate refund of my money or the device? The fault clearly isn't mine.
And the delivery person blatantly lied about having delivered it.
Write to the customer service first. There seems to be something wrong here
Customer service is claimed it will be delivered today or tomorrow. I don’t think I’d have an OTP in my mailbox anymore. Shouldn’t OTP have been sent tomorrow morning, it’s really clear that it won’t be delivered tomorrow… or can I fool myself?
I wait from customer service meant they can tell me more Thursdays…
