Amazon package arrived broken?
I ordered some hair products from Amazon and they just arrived broken. What do I have to do to return them, and what am I not allowed to do?

Start a return on Amazon and indicate that the shipping packaging and item are damaged. You'll most likely receive a refund immediately without having to return the item. Otherwise, you'll just repack the box and send it back.
Go to Returns in the app, indicate the reason for the delivery being defective (packaging and product). Then you'll simply receive a label or QR code for returning the item.
You shouldn't have accepted the shipment in the first place.
Now I would first contact customer service by phone and explain the situation.

Are the products damaged? If not, it doesn't matter. If you want to return them unopened, just get a new package.
If they are damaged, please contact customer service.
