Amazon money back?
So I have the following problem.
I ordered a fan from an Amazon shop on June 3, 2024. After three months, it started cracking and making a loud grinding noise. So I contacted the shop and received a response fairly quickly. I will be receiving a replacement and don't need to return the original fan. When the replacement arrived, I immediately noticed that it had been used before, and after one day of use, it also started cracking when oscillating. I contacted the shop again, and they refunded me €8 of the purchase price and are sending me a new one (it's arriving today).
What else can I do if the third one starts cracking again when oscillating? I now have three fans here.
Can I get my remaining money back?
That always depends on what it’s worth to you. If he was very expensive, maybe you should withdraw from the purchase contract and contact Amazon directly. If he wasn’t so expensive, I’d write it again.

Yeah, right. They are always very friendly and will help you. However, it may also be that the provider himself sees and refunds it. I bought one for 60 Euros, who finally did it. On Amazon it is hard to get a good one under 50 euros. Had the same thing. Mine cost 30 euros and was needed and part was missing, which is why it could not be used at all.

Yes, in some devices it is worth getting deeper into the wallet, but then maybe several years or decades to have something of it
We had one with 3 wings for 20€ which lasted over 1 year and then made the bend. And the one from Amazon with 5 wings of the ordinary wind is broken after 3 months. It’s really annoying. Next year, buy me one for almost 100€ and then he has more leaves. 😁
