Amazon doesn't confirm my personal information?
Hello, 2 weeks ago when I wanted to order something I received a message from Amazon saying that I had to confirm my identity in order to buy from marketplace sellers. I then sent this in. 5 days later it said that they could not verify my identity based on the data I had sent in. So I went through the whole thing again because there might have been a mistake. I sent in everything they wanted from me (front and back of my ID card and a utility bill with my address and name clearly stated). Today I received another email saying that it had been rejected. I'm getting desperate, I can't do anything more than they're asking me to.
