I have a small problem and hope you can help me. I bought an Amazon gift card and redeemed it on my new account. But when I tried to order a product with it, I couldn't pay with the credit from the card. I had to identify myself and upload my ID cards. I've already done all of this, but nothing happens. I keep getting the same email asking for identification. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance!
