Amazon bestellt?
Hallo, ich habe eine Kette bei Amazon bestellt, jedoch ist nur die Verpackung ohne Kette bei mir angekommen. Daraufhin hab ich eine Rücksendung bei Amazon veranlasst und das Packet wieder zurückgeschickt, sowie mein Geld zurückgefordert, was am Ende auch zurückgekommen ist. Jetzt bekomm ich aber von Amazon eine Email, dass ich das Produkt zurückschicken sollte, sonst wird mir das erstattete Geld wieder abgezogen. Was soll ich jetzt machen?
