Hello, I've added a few vouchers to my Amazon account, but the voucher isn't being accepted for some items and I'm being asked to choose a different payment method. Does anyone know why?
I then had to take a photo of my ID, etc., but it's still there. Has anyone had this happen before and knows how long it takes for it to be scanned?

Not everything can be paid with credits. Other vouchers, e.g. not. And for new customers, Amazon likes to request an alternative payment method, even if it is paid with credits or vouchers, you have also agreed to this in the terms and conditions. Simply enter your bank connection then it will work. Credit is used first before the bank account is repaid.
