I have an Amazon account but I'm a minor. I have 75 euros in my account from vouchers but I can't order anything with them because I'm under 18. Can I somehow turn the 75 euros back into a voucher?

Since you are a minor, you cannot place orders with your Amazon credit. Direct conversion to a voucher is usually not possible, as Amazon does not allow to purchase new vouchers with existing credits.
However, you have some options: You can try to ask an adult (e.g. parents or siblings) to place an order for you and use your credit for it. Alternatively, you can contact the Amazon customer service and ask if they can convert your credit into a voucher but there is no guarantee. If Amazon Pay is available, you can check if you can spend your credit in other online stores that accept this payment method.
If none of these options works, you will only be able to wait until you are full-year to use the credit itself.
How is that supposed to work? The balance is on the account of a minor. This cannot be transferred to the regular account of a full year.
