Sleep on your back to have a symmetrical face?

It says online that if you sleep on your back, your face becomes symmetrical again. Is that really possible? Does the "damage" from sleeping on one side really go away? I thought it was permanent.

You can also sleep with your face down to keep it symmetrical.

But in reality, you might rather just change:

  • Sleep left one night,
  • the next night to the right,
  • and then always so forth;

Nonsense…shortly…because it doesn’t work after you’ve grown up…as a baby you still have a relatively soft bone structure, it’s that the head foem can be affected….but symmetry didn’t get out there either.

No one has a really absolutely symmetrical face, which is really rare.

I can’t imagine that back sleepers have this, but the face doesn’t look crumble or fold.

Andy Warhol only slept on his back because he wanted to avoid wrinkles. I don’t think it’s very relaxing.

Man consists of two asymmetric body halves like the brain of two unequal brain halves.

Each face is also asymmetrical. One half of the face is thicker than the other. The left eye is bigger than the right eye. The left hand and foot are also different.

Your face bones are as strong and no longer formable as a baby.

So, clear answer: No!

You think everyone’s crazy when he’s on the Internet. Of course that’s not true.
