Am I ugly?

I am convinced that you not ugly! This applies only to relatively few people.

Above all, as a young person, one makes a whole lot of thoughts as to how one acts externally on others, and that is basically not wrong! Almost everyone wants to be attractive and popular with others. But there is also the danger that one might exaggerate it and thinks that only the exterior determines whether one is going well with others or not.

When it comes to appearance, you have a lot of yourself in your hand, otherwise not. For example, it already makes a lot of whether and how to care for and whether you wear tasteful and clean clothes. However, what one cannot determine is certain body features such as size, partly weight, skin and face to name a few. Sometimes certain diseases are also in the game that can negatively affect the appearance.

Consider, however, that a person does not define himself alone over his exterior! What is not really clear to many is how important the radiation is! With a positive radiation, you can make up a lot of things, which remains a failure on the purely physical level (e.g. too small body size, overweight etc.). What’s all this about?

A good radiance is obtained, as the word already says, especially when one has a positive attitude of life, which shows itself, for example, in radiant eyes and a smile. Who doesn’t like to meet a person who smiles at him kindly?

The same applies to the interest in others. When those with whom I have contact realize that I am interested in them and look open, interested and friendly in the eyes, my appeal automatically increases. The way I move and speak also counts with the radiation. For example, it is usually very appreciated when speaking loud (but not too loud) and clearly and not too fast.

And last but not least, it’s about our manners. Yes, you have read correctly, even in our time still count good manners! Example: Do I let others speak out and do not fall into their word? Am I polite and humble, or do I always try to be the focus? Do I take care of my own particular advantage in everyday situations?

As you can see, there is a whole lot that you have in your own hands and what is decisive about whether or not you are popular with others. The exterior is more of secondary importance.

If you believe in God, remember that he is also less interested in your appearance than for your inner values. In the Bible says: “For not as man sees, for man sees what appears before his eyes; [God] but he sees how the heart is” (1 Samuel 16:8).

Therefore pay attention to what you are for a person Internal you are, and you can be sure that this will not remain unnoticed by others. And then, for you, the purely external will no longer have such a high priority as before.
