Lunch rice with vegetables a plate or other things like pasta with tomato sauce and minced meat or potatoes fish spinach or eggs
Then a natural yogurt 150 grams an apple

Dinner 2 slices of bread with Magrine and Gouda cheese
Definitely not too much. More normal
