Am I eating too much?

In the morning, 2 slices of wholemeal bread with margarine and jam

Peanuts or walnuts 30 g an apple or orange

Lunch rice with vegetables a plate or other things like pasta with tomato sauce and minced meat or potatoes fish spinach or eggs

Then a natural yogurt 150 grams an apple

Dinner 2 slices of bread with Magrine and Gouda cheese
