Am I addicted to nicotine again?

I smoked for two years and quit when I was 18.

Now I'm 29 and I smoked for the first time on New Year's Eve, for whatever reason.

Then I smoked again this week, for four days in a row, no idea why.

I think it was because of alcohol consumption, which I hardly ever do.

Today I smoked 3 cigarettes and I feel a little sick, but I'm a little panicked that I'm becoming a smoker.

I don't really have the desire to smoke alone, more when I'm drinking with someone.

So getting a pack is really out of the question.

But I really have no idea where that comes from. I actually hate cigarettes. I brushed my teeth after every cigarette because it's disgusting.

As long as your cigarette consumption breaks are much longer than your occasional fallbacks, you can hardly speak of ” addictive”.

Not nicotine addiction, but tobacco dependency

Nicotine addiction, the term is overtaken.

If you’re not dependent yet, it’ll probably be soon if you keep going.
