Don’t make too much expectations. There’s nothing now, the update’s been out for two hours. Apple makes all this as unattractive as possible, for the operators of the alternative app stores, high costs are incurred, and since there are sideloading only in the EU, this is not sensible for the developers.
That’s why there isn’t a serious freedom like Android at the beginning, and it will probably never exist. But whatever comes is the Epic Games Store, then Fortnite again. Otherwise, not many will make the effort to run an app store. There’s no serious reason.
