It’s not bad if you haven’t changed too much from the outside.

However, as you have written as a comment on another answer that the picture shows you at about 15 years, I suspect you have changed a bit more strongly, that is why the ID card is valid for only six years in young years and not for 10 years.

If you need to be aware of the picture in the next few years, a health card is valid for several years.

Ask your KV what the requirements are. Or look at their homepage. If you only need it digitally, you can do it yourself.

No, you can send any garbage there. There are no regulations for health cards, so you are not undertakes to send a current or even biometric photo.
An acquaintance and I have made it fun to completely disfigure us on the photos (grain glasses, painted pimples, crushed hair, stupid look) and have the uploaded. Was also taken.
