Especially with 23 models this is still very common, because there are still remaining stocks. Sometimes the 23 models are even produced

It is quite conceivable that the trader has the possibility of coming to the manufacturer’s residual stocks – if there are any.

There is also the option that the dealer may have the desired model. at another dealer and can take over from there. (Especially branded dealers are well connected to each other.)

No. When the new model comes, the old one is no longer available because the production ends. Either you’re looking for old stock and take what you can get or buy needed
