Als Leitung zu wenig Netto Umschulung machen?
Also ich habe Hauswirtschafthelferin gelernt dann aufgestockt zur Hauswirtschafterin dann zur Hauswirtschaftleitung . Ich habe mich echt hoch gearbeitet und ich bin echt enttäuscht das man als Leitung nur Vollzeit Brutto bei vielen Stellen nur 2200€ bekommt das sind so 1700-1800€ Netto Steuerklasse 1
finde das sehr wenig, will gerne eine Umschulung machen im Krankenhaus da würde ich 3500-4000€ in vollzeit verdienen
ich finde das echt schade das ich 10 jahre für diesen beruf ausgeübt habe obwohl die arbeit mir spass macht aber der lohn ist echt wenig! Auch wenn man anerkannt ist . Findet ihr das zu wenig Netto und würdet ihr an meine Stelle auch was anderes machen ?

No wouldn’t. As a retrainer without a job experience, you would have to start down again and only with professional experience and if a job is free you will get your wish reward. This can take a few years and who knows what’s going on.
Of course it is worth retraining because you get so 1300€ training money can first live for that you will then have good salary later and it in the hospital always jobs as a domestic business. Housekeeping doesn’t pay well and that won’t change the pay only minimum wages and they often don’t have any money for recognised housekeeper because it is too expensive to them! That is why
I don’t know a hospital that pays a housekeeper €30,000. Moreover, it is becoming more and more practice to hire hospitals for such services to external companies (the employees are then employed there and not at the hospital). Then the collective agreements of the KH do not apply and you go home with just above the minimum wage. 🤷🏻

You don’t even know that, you guess. What in three years is nobody knows yet.
More money, more responsibility and work– less leisure time and you stand in jail with 1 leg when something should go wrong.
