As a citizen's allowance recipient in the rehabilitation sector?

I have a disability and receive citizen's allowance. I would like to use a rehabilitation advisor instead of my "regular" advisor. However, my local job center doesn't have a rehabilitation department; only the employment agency has one. Can I still switch to the rehabilitation department as a citizen's allowance recipient?

If you believe that your job broker does not take enough consideration of you, contact the team management or the management of the relevant job center in writing.

Can you still switch to the Reha department as a citizen’s money recipient?

If you are not entitled to SGB III services, you cannot receive any services from the Employment Agency.

Whether the JobCenter has or can enter into a cooperation with the employment office, you need to settle with your consultant at the JobCenter.

If there is such a cooperation, it would be possible.

Why don’t you ask your intermediary how it’s done with your job center?

I don’t know that there should be no rehab advisers in an agency.
