Not more. An allergy test at the doctor’s glance:

You are drawn 10/15 circles on your arm. Then a drop of a substance is applied to each circle. The doctor then easily picks up the skin under each drop. After 10 minutes you can see which place is red. You can say what you are allergic.

I’d tell you to do this at home.

Yes, that’s a good method. Best on the inside of your poor man because the skin is thinner.
