Now I was afraid of eating normal chocolate and am afraid of a severe allergic reaction or is that just the fear?

Geh zum Arzt und lass genau testen, auf was in der Nutella du allergisch bist, dann kannst du gezielt auf die Sachen verzichten.
Am Wahrscheinlichsten haste ne Haselnussallergie. Haste Heuschnupfen? Kann man beim Allergologen austesten. Probier doch mal reine dunkle Bioschokolade ohne Spuren von Nüssen. Ich wette, die wirst du vertragen 😉👍
