Everyone is thinner than me!

Hi guys

So, I measured my waist today and it's 77cm. I'm 13 years old and about 155cm tall. That's too big for me, and I'd like to lose it.

I'll probably go to the gym with a colleague sometime. A lot of people tell me I'm not fat, I'm slim. But I disagree, and I want to lose the fat. I've read that a waist circumference of 80 cm is bad for women. I've also read that models should have a waist circumference of 60 cm. I'd like that, too. So, my question: Do you know any exercises that can help you lose your belly in less time?

You don’t want to make a diet with 13. By malnutrition, your hair will fall out, your development to the woman will be inhibited (no bus, no rule)… all stupid. Better make healthy sports. Let yourself be advised at the fitness centre. Rich models and stars also have IMMER a great fitness coach!!!

Children are allowed to do sports. Under the guidance of the trainer, that’s nothing bad. Just because you train you don’t get leaner automatically. Rather healthy. And gets a better understanding of his body.

If you feel comfortable in your body then you don’t have to lose weight, but if you find yourself fat then take off but you’re not fat!

how big are you and what do you think? Have you ever thought about whether you were wrong? for this official volume you have to measure at a very specific location. Otherwise you can’t compare it and models are sick people. You shouldn’t compare with them. this medical limit is more sensible.

that goes away with the time and 60 looks badly out of me. models are ok for models but otherwise they are too lean and it looks really not nice.
