Der Arzt hat gesagt ich soll müde werden erstmal aber allgemein hilft es gegen Ängste. Ich spüre keine Müdigkeit sowie auch keine angstlösende Wirkung

Psychopharmacists work a little different on everyone. This applies both to the degree of effectiveness and tolerability (side effects). Since there is no procedure to determine in advance who reacts to what drug as there is often nothing other than to sample half the pharmacy until one or a combination is found that helps.

But what amazes me is that Lorazepam doesn’t help you. Lorazepam is a drug from the group of benzodiazepines and benzodiazepines, as a rule, act as a reliable source of anxiety. The action of benzodiazepines should develop after about 20-30 minutes.

It looks different for Venlafaxin and Opipramol. These must only be taken daily for 2-5 weeks so that they have their anxiety effect.

The problem is that you don’t write a complaint. Are you worried about depression or both? Any medication alternatives should be discussed with your doctor. Just so much…

Venlafaxin is a SNRI. There is certainly the possibility that another SSRI or SNRI acts, but perhaps it is worth considering to try alternatives that differ chemically and thus in their neurobiological effect. In terms of anxiety, for example, pregabalin could be additional drugs from the group of atypical antipsychotics (such as Quetiapine or Aripiprazole) or phase prophylactic agents (such as lithium or lamotrigine). But you have to discuss this with your doctor.

Antidepressants have not really helped me either. I find in therapy that you have to go directly to the causes, it does not help to talk about it for hours and then not eliminate the causes.

  1. Find out what’s burdening you
  2. How to find out
  3. Fix
  4. Happy

Antidepressants only have their full effect after 3-4 weeks.

Antidepressants are not for everyone. Ketamine therapy could help you.
