Alcohol problem at 18/19.. WHAT to do?
Hello… I need your help or rather, I simply don't know what to do…. I'm male and 18, or in 5 months already 19..
Unfortunately, I drink at night. Either until I'm tipsy, or usually even drunk. For months now—about three, and before that, also three months. Towards the end, I'd have a bottle of wine every night. But I relapsed. I rarely take a break, except for a day or two. No shaking or anything. But I have a strong craving, and this thought of being drunk. Right now, even after three or four shots (of vodka), I'm not really tipsy. I have to have another beer or two…
I even have arguments with my parents about it and so on… and that happens DAILY unfortunately… I just can't stand it… and unfortunately nobody notices my cry for help
I drink mainly because of anxiety and depression…
Am I more successful because I'm so young, and what can I do? I actually almost black out at night, so I can't even remember most things and I immediately fall asleep or whatever… because I can't stop drinking and stuff… and then there's work in the morning… it's a very important and responsible job, too… I never go to work drunk, of course, but still…
help please
Hello!
As others have already written, find your pediatrician. It starts with alcohol and goes on with worse stuff.
The only right way would be to a therapy that your family doctor can teach.
Please contact your family doctor to get you to a stationary retreat. There is no other way to get out of alcohol dependence.
And after physical detoxification, I would strongly advise you to a self-help group to reduce the risk of relapse.

Hello!
You can only help yourself. The lowest threshold is AA, because you can go completely anonymously, if necessary also take part in electronic meetings: https://www.anonyme-alcoholiker.de/meetings/meetingssuche/
You don’t have to hide for that, ey. I’d just drink clear bums in your place. they don’t smell. The one with the drinking is relative when you get older no panic so
I can recommend that you find your own passion, hobby or something. What you wanted to do earlier, for example, but no time for work, etc. What you really like. I think it’s very important to have your own passion. This can help you distract from anything bad, including alcohol.
