Alkohol Urintest verfälschen?
Ich habe Alkohol getrunken bin aber stationär aufgenommen und sollte eigentlich gar nicht konsumieren. Wo ich getrunken habe, habe ich vergessen, das ich nicht nach Hause fahre (klingt nach einer schlechten ausrede ich weiß). Jetzt ist meine Frage, was ich machen kann, um einen Urintest zu verfälschen, kann ich meinen Körper komplett durchspülen indem ich viel trinke oder gibt es was besseres? Ich hab schon gelesen daß das heutzutage echt schwer sein kann sowas zu fälschen, aber ich wollte trotzdem mal fragen.

After 6-12 hours, alcohol is no longer detectable with a normal test. Depends on the amount.
But I’d be surprised if that’s controlled at all, unless you’re in the hospital specifically for this.
How about you start being honest now? Then you can knock on your shoulder and have already done a step in the right direction. Also in therapy!

Then get it! Especially in an integrative psychiatry it is important that you are honest with the therapists and yourself otherwise you can save your time!
Maybe you have the chance to talk to one of your doctors from you instead of waiting on it until/whether it’s falling out
