Alexa no longer plays Spotify?

Hello,

I have a 4th-generation Alexa here, and it hasn't been playing Spotify for a few days. It says "xxx" from "xxx" from Spotify, but then nothing happens. Nothing happens in the Spotify app either.

When I try to select Alexa as a device via the app, it says I have to activate the device and connect it to the Wi-Fi.

I have already removed the link to my Spotify account in the Alexa app and reconnected it and my Alexa also has a working Wi-Fi connection.

Anyone else have an idea?

Versuche es mal mit den Lösungen in dem Artikel, vielleicht helfen sie dir weiter.

Ist das lediglich bei Spotify oder kannst du z.B andere Dienste problemlos nutzen?

Habe es jetzt mal mit Amazon Music probiert. Konnte zwar keinen dedizierten Titel abspielen, da ich kein unlimited habe – aber der automatische Musikmix funzt.

Hast du schon einmal Alexa neu eingerichtet? Womöglich etwas Arbeit aber vielleicht funzt es dann wieder.
