some yes. Look at the packaging or in the app whether there is something from home/apple home.I use smart heaven devices myself. Tuya devices are not compatible aisermdirch different plug-ins

I’ll take your question that you’re not very IT. If that is the case, there is no way to do that for you. But if you put it on, you can get a server with Home Assistant and connect the Alexa devices and then set up a bridge for your Apple devices
