Alcohol at work?
Hello everyone! ๐ธ
I started a new job after the coronavirus pandemic. Due to a lot of restructuring, the working conditions are tough, and the atmosphere among my colleagues isn't exactly great. To cope with the mood, I've realized that I'm okay with drinking something every now and then to cope with "all of this." Recently, I even added a shot to my coffee at work. ๐
Am I alone in this? It seems kind of strange to me, but after the coronavirus pandemic, everything has become really annoying. ๐ Everyone else is working from home, and I have to hang around the office, which is annoying ๐
I should also add… I've never had an office job before. I come from a nursing background, and the office atmosphere is naturally different. Plus, we're constantly taking tests and have to "hit the numbers," which naturally puts pressure on me. Could that be the reason? Is the job perhaps not for me? But I can actually handle pressure. Hmm๐ค
Thank you in advance for your answers ๐คโค๏ธ
Greetings๐
