Airsoft in Vienna?

I'm a passionate airsoft player myself and was looking for new playing fields when I noticed a field in Vienna. They say: Airsoft is allowed from the age of 16 with parental consent.
Now my question is, how is that possible or do they mean the “I keep spit” 0.0 something Airsofts?

Yes, this is this Paintball/Airsoftpark Vienna, where the operators are somehow of the opinion, they must invent their own rules. So no, these are not “I spit on” Airsofts but quite normal.

Basically, the “Austrian Soft Air Weapons Regulation 2013” clearly stipulates that the release of Airsoft Weapons to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited. Since “delivery” describes the process “to give something to everyone”, it is basically impossible to press an Airsoft weapon to minors.

But seemingly, they are going through with the “understanding of parents”… well, as long as it goes well… but I don’t know anyone else in Austria who doesn’t think of “Airsoft is from 18”.

According to my knowledge, there is the so-called Airsoft Weapons Regulation in Austria. Which is all Airsoft weapons from 18 onwards. And I’m sure there’ll be a way to deal with it.

Otherwise it would be like us in DE where many u18 mean “if my Pa buys the weapon >0,5J and then lends me a bit of fire in the garden is the right”. Laws apply not only up to the land limit.
