I ordered Apple Airpods Pro 2 from Amazon and received some JBL headphones, reported it immediately and sent them back.
Now Amazon is refusing to give me a credit.
what should I do ?

Was heißt gemeldet und zurückgeschickt? Also du hast schon bei dein konto auf rückgabe geklickt und es durch das label was sie dir gegeben haben abgeschickt oder einfach so von alleine?
Habe mich dort gemeldet und die meinten ich solle das Zurückschicken mit dem QR Code was die mir Per E-Mail Schicken
