Airplane arrival time = local or local time?

Hello I have a 2-hour time difference at my destination. My ticket says that I will arrive at 4:00 pm Is that my time or their time? So local time at the place of arrival, or German time?

local time is local time!! So the time that goes to this place. The local time is always indicated for flights. Therefore, the calculated flight time for return flight in different time zones is also different

I believe German time…but just look how long your flight takes and then see what time is meant…
