Wenn du über 18 bist, und falls du arbeiten gehst oder nicht, und du kannst es dir nicht finanziell erlauben oder leisten, dann ist doch irgendwas foul daran. Ich hoffe nicht das du noch ausgebeutet wirst.
Wenn du ein zu geringes Einkommen hast, dann kannst du die sog. Verfahrenskostenhilfe bei Gericht beantragen. P.S. den Weg zum Arbeitsamt kannste dir in derart Angelegenheit (Betrug, § 263 StGB) sparen, die werden mit dir darüber nicht diskutieren wenn bereist die Anzeige am laufen ist. Aber dennoch, wenn es dich beruhigt, fahr da mal hin. Glück Auf !
Dann tut es mir persönlich sehr leid für dich 🙁 das dein ehemaliger Chef oder Arbeitgeber dich finanziell ausgebeutet hast. Ich persönlich würde die Firma sogar verklagen. Mit Erfolgsaussichten. Es ist dein persönliches Recht. Weil du musst in dem Alter nicht alles gefallen lassen. In Deutschland und in anderen Ländern gilt den gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Mindestlohn bei 15€ die Stunde brutto. Dann lag ich mit meiner Vermutung vollkommen richtig. Hier empfehle ich dir, mach bitte einen Antrag SGB XII im 9. Buch Abteilung Jugend und Soziales und lass dir einen Grundsicherung amtlich genehmigen. Das macht zb die Stadtverwaltung bei dir. Und nicht die Arge. Also der Ort wo du dein Perso usw beantragen kannst. Weil ich spreche ganz natürlich aus meiner eigenen Erfahrungen, da ich solche krasse Fälle wirklich sowas gesehen und auch vor meinem Augen gesehen habe. Du bist unschuldig, und hast nix zu schulden kommen lassen. Und du bist keine Ausnahmefall.

Zahle keine unberechtigte Forderungen für das was du nicht bestellt hast.
Ignoriere unseriöse Inkassofirmen.
Richtige seriöse Inkassofirmen sind im deutschen Handelsregister registriert.
