Some sites with 18+ products, such as tobacco shops, allow you to pay via PayPal. You confirm your age with a signature, so the person delivering the goods will verify your age again.
Is the age really checked at the front door or do they just have to write it down as a security measure?

1. You are a minor and must not order online anyway.
2.) Packages with articles from 18 are specially marked and the scanner informs the provider that the age must be tested. And, of course, the assignees do that – and that’s good.
3. The online traders and the suppliers take this very closely with the youth protection laws! They are not so stupid to make themselves punishable, only because cheeky children want to order a ban.
4. If no one is at home, the package goes to the post office and then the same checks are made.
5.) Since you are underage, you will of course not get the package, but will be locked.

Must check the age before the order in the shop (and not just upload a picture of a persos by yes/no check but correctly by post ID with video transmission or comparable, i.e. not just upload a picture of a persos) and additionally the age control in case of package transfer (how far as the DHL/bot packages do this consistently, is another question, but in itself it must be, as this is also a chargeable performance).
In the case of alcohol, on the other hand, an age check is sufficient for package transfer
PayPal is also from 18, online shopping as well.
