So, I'm 18, and from last Wednesday to Saturday, we were at village festivals, and every day we drank until we blacked out, and then finally, until we were sick. I didn't eat anything except for a currywurst on Friday.
I was extremely hungover on Sunday but it's better now. The problem is that I can't sleep.
I fall asleep, dream something straight away and wake up again after an hour at the latest, completely drenched in sweat. I had to change my clothes 5 times last night.
What is this? Do I need to see a doctor or just wait it out?
