Not necessarily.

And do you have to register a trade if you don’t deserve that much?

Yeah, you have to and that from the first act.

Since you are probably under 18 years old, you need both permission from your parents and permission from the family court to practice the business.

If all this is done, you have to

  • with your church and
  • in the tax office by means of questionnaire for tax collection

Register. This also results from § 138 AO and § 14 GewO.

Commercial registration is from the beginning necessary before earning the first euro.

For a trade registration you have to fully operational be. That’s what you usually do. from 18J.
