Love Vivi,

I have this beautiful “advent poem” for you

A light is always burning,
in the wreath we wound,
that he lights us so much,
through the dark hours.

Two and three and then four!
Around the wreath – what a shimmer,
and so are we,
and so the room shines.

And so the world shines
slowly towards the Christmas.

And he who holds them in his hands,
white for the blessing!

Matthias Claudius (1740-1815)

To Advent

Stay and have not
and see the little, still light.

Have time for you alone
to be pure inexorable.

Let your senses rest
and have the courage to do nothing.

Let this wild world turn you
and have the heart not to long.

Be human again and again child
and feel like children are happy
.

Then are separated from all haste, you
on the way to Advent

Find this very nice:

Advent in the hearts

Advent in the hearts.
Lighting candles on the wreath.
Recognizing the meaning of Christmas
and not run blind by life.
My greetings for Advent set a small milestone
and let me be with you.

Advent, Advent, a light burning,

first one, then two, then three, then four,

the Christkind is coming.

Advent, Advent,
A light is burning,
First one,
then two,
then three,
then four.
Then Christmas is coming!
But when the fifth light is burning,
Then you donated Christmas

Christmas joy

Now is the time to rejoice.
We light on,
that our Christmas joy
you can see far.

We decorate our mares
with fir branch and star,
we make us gifts
and like to eat well.

And everything is a sign,
that God loves people,
and that he hates
gives us so much joy.
