Advantages of working for the city?

Hi guys, are there any advantages to working for the city, for example as a bus driver or tram driver? If so, what advantages are there and would you switch from a “normal” job to a job with the city or are there no advantages apart from salary?

In most cases, there is an additional occupational pension at the public service, and the salary comes on time, and municipalities do not go to Pleite.

I’ve been in public service for a long time. The advantages are obvious, an authority is not insolvent or is dense due to poor order situation.

I’ll go more after what’s just written and think about whether I’d be fun.

No. I hate railing. And as a taxi driver, I had to get angry with annoying passengers for years, I don’t need a busload. Already introduced me 2x to the police and 1x at the customs, didn’t work. In any case, they often take cross-starters of all ages. Imagine me again next week at the police, but other federal state seeking data evaluators in forensics, condition was only a commercial training. Yeah, I’m cool. But you don’t get to that kind of thing and you’re looking for it, that’s what I meant.

Every one to two years when the bus drivers have once again broken.

In addition, higher grades are added to the increasing number of employees.
