Hello, I'll soon be finishing my apprenticeship as a male office management assistant in Bavaria and will probably be hired. Does anyone know roughly how much I should be earning? And how contract negotiations work, whether there's any room for negotiation regarding salary, etc.? Thanks in advance for the answers.

I trained in the civil service ages ago.
I found the following advantages:
Solid full-time training
For example, as electronics technicians, we had a six-month mechanical training course where we learned how to file, drill, turn and mill.
We learned soldering for almost 3 months
We had enough time to learn and practice the exam questions thoroughly.
This was also one of the reasons why 15 out of 24 candidates received a double A.
Unlike in the trades, we didn't have to earn money for the company.
