Adhesive tuning parts?

I looked on Amazon and there are such adhesive tuning parts like air intakes, side skirts, etc.

1. Do such parts really last

2. Do such adhesive parts have to be noted or registered in any way or do they affect the TÜV

Or rather, you can get into trouble if you just stick the things on and drive around with them.

Thanks in advance

Everything that changes the body needs either

  • an ABE or
  • a part-assessment and a cultivation acceptance by a testing organisation

A lot is sold on Amazon, but this cannot be operated legally in German road traffic. These include, in particular, air inlets and side sills.

There are tuning parts that are merely glued. Even companies like BRABUS stick many components. This is basically unproblematic when the correct adhesive is used. Companies like MAXTON offer many attachments such as sills to glue with ABE.

That’s not a tuning, that’s bullshit, because without proper function.
