Add down jacket inside pocket?

I have an old down jacket that I wear for gardening , but unfortunately it doesn't have an inside pocket which I need to store screwdrivers.

Is there a way to easily add an inside pocket? Whether by sewing, stapling, or something similar? Ideally, something beginner-friendly

To put screwdrivers in an inner pocket is the worst thing you can do. As has been written, it is dangerous and you destroy your lining because it breaks up. In addition, it is easy to work unpleasantly if it permanently presses the screwdrivers into the ribs when they are bent.

  • Use work trousers with appropriate pockets
  • Tool belt
  • Tool bag/case

Just get a tool belt

With this, you can't unintentionally pile up, you should drop the body with screwdrivers!

How about you take a simple shoulder bag that you can use for any jacket?
