Adapter for iPhone as hotspot for Fritzbox (7690) via WAN?

Hello,

I keep experiencing internet dropouts (apparently due to bad connections) and would like to use my iPhone's hotspot to support my Fritzbox 7690. To do this, I would need an adapter that can receive the iPhone's hotspot and connect to the Fritzbox's WAN port. Are such devices available?

Do not know me with the iPhone right now, but did it the days with my Android device.

In the Fritzbox, change a setting so that internet can also be refreshed via USB

Enable USB Tethering on smartphone to share the mobile Internet from smartphone via cable

Connect smartphone with Fritzbox via USB cable.

This should theoretically also work with the iPhone.
Whether it’s adapters from iPhone to WAN I don’t know you could take a maximum of another router, set it up as a client and then connect it to the Fritzbox via LAN (so that it connects to your iPhone via WLAN and passes the WLAN network via LAN) or set the Fritzbox directly as a repeater for your iPhone’s Wlan hotspot.

Adapter for iPhone as a hotspot for Fritzbox (7690) via WAN?

Ooh – fool – as you have formulated this here, that would be great bullshit.
(Also if I assume there is a typing error here!)

I have time and again Internet coasters (apparently bad lines)

What did the fault messages (hopefully made by you) result from the provider?

  1. You don’t sign the result.
  2. It won’t work. In addition, mobile phone needs… and then all traffic is about it.
